Meet Roslyn D. Morris, Esq.

Roslyn D. Morris is the founder and managing attorney of the Law Offices of Roslyn D. Morris, which has been located in her professional office building at 5230 North Broad Street in Philadelphia, PA since April 2005. Presently, the firm has attorneys who collectively are licensed in PA, NJ, MD, VA, and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Morris received her B.B.A. from Kent State University with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Morris began her professional career as an In-house Legal Advisor and Associate Vice President at the Hospitals and Higher Educations Facilities Authority of Philadelphia in 1992. In 1994, she began employment at the Philadelphia Housing and Development Corporation of Philadelphia (PHDC) as In-House Legal Counsel and later Acting General Counsel. In November 2000, Ms. Morris relocated to Washington, D.C. where she accepted the positions of Adjunct Law Professor and later Teaching Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center (GULC) in the Harrison Institute for Public Law in the housing and community development clinic while concurrently earning an LLM.
